2 antenatal visits: you and your partner meet with your doula in your home to discuss what you want your birth to be like, what you want your doula's role to be, and discuss options for your birth plan. If your partner will not be at the birth, these visits may be just for you and your doula
support during pregnancy: telephone and email support so you can ask questions and discuss concerns, starting as soon as you book your doula
labour and birth support: personal support for both you and your partner, from when you call us until your baby is born; this includes 24-hour on-call service from when you are 38 weeks pregnant until your baby is born, during which time we will be immediately contactable at any time of the day or night
2 postnatal visits: for support, information, and breastfeeding assistance, either on the day after the baby's birth, or perhaps after you are settled back at home – whenever you prefer
labour record: a written record of your labour and birth
The ParentLink Guide to Having Your Baby in Singapore for a nominal fee of $10: this book is a 180-page comprehensive guide written by ParentLink doulas especially for you on everything from writing a birth plan to what to bring to hospital to solving breastfeeding problems

Newly Born and Nearly Born Gatheringss: come to ParentLink's twice-monthly Newly Born and Nearly Born Gatherings for all pregnant and new mums and get to know your doula better and connect with other women expecting babies around the same time as you. ParentLink Suggests: The complete childbirth class series is a perfect complement for the traditional package. Run on weekday evenings and Saturdays, the classes will provide you all the information you need on what to expect and give you an opportunity to explore all your options. They will also enable you to meet other parents at a similar stage of pregnancy to yourself.

If you are having a second, third or fourth baby, parentLink suggests the complete childbirth class series for refreshers. Covering all the bases on pregnancy, labour and birth in Singapore, you can also have additional classes on parenting and/or breastfeeding if you feel these would be beneficial.

Private classes are also available. All ParentLink childbirth classes are taught by experienced and certified Childbirth Educators.

The Doula Support Package costs $1,395.

If you would like additional antenatal or postnatal visits we are happy to provide these at a rate of $85 per hour. When booking, let us know how many additional visits you would like to include, or if you decide you'd like these after you've already booked, just call your doula to arrange.
